Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By completing an order on https://xvolve.store, you agree to the terms below.

1. No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

All sales made through Xvolve are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products.

Exceptions apply only where explicitly required under Belgian or EU consumer law.

This policy applies to all product categories.

• Trading cards.
• Collectible cards.
• PSA graded cards.
• Premade rugs.
• Custom rugs.
• Digital 3D assets & avatars delivered electronically.

2. Legal Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law,

the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods.

These exceptions are listed below.

a) Market-dependent goods

Market-dependent goods are subject to price fluctuations beyond the seller’s control.

These goods cannot be refunded once purchased.

• Trading cards.
• Collectible cards.
• PSA graded cards.

b) Custom-made products

Custom-made products are produced according to the customer’s specifications.

Once production has started, cancellation or refund is not possible.

• Custom rugs.
• 3D assets.
• 3D avatars.

c) Digital content

Digital content is delivered electronically.

This includes downloadable or accessible digital files.

• 3D assets.
• 3D avatars.

By purchasing digital content, you expressly agree to immediate delivery.

You therefore waive your right of withdrawal where applicable.

3. Premade Rugs

Premade rugs are non-custom physical products.

They are sold as specialty goods.

Returns and refunds are not accepted.

An exception applies only if the item is defective or legally non-conforming.

4. Product Descriptions and Condition

We strive to describe and photograph all products accurately.

Condition assessments for ungraded cards are subjective.

PSA grades are assigned by PSA and are final.

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are not considered defects.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos and relevant details must be provided.

Claims are handled in accordance with Belgian consumer law.

This does not automatically guarantee a refund.

1. Geen Terugbetalingen – Alle Verkopen Zijn Definitief

Alle aankopen bij Xvolve zijn definitief.

Wij bieden geen terugbetalingen, retouren of omruilingen aan.

Uitzonderingen gelden alleen wanneer dit wettelijk verplicht is.

2. Wettelijke Uitzonderingen op het Herroepingsrecht

Volgens Artikel VI.53 van het Wetboek van Economisch Recht is het herroepingsrecht niet van toepassing op bepaalde goederen.

• Marktgevoelige goederen zoals trading cards, verzamelkaarten en PSA kaarten.
• Op maat gemaakte producten zoals custom rugs.
• Digitale inhoud zoals 3D-assets.

3. Vooraf Gemaakte Tapijten

Vooraf gemaakte tapijten zijn geen maatwerkproducten.

Retourneren of terugbetalen is niet mogelijk.

Een uitzondering geldt alleen indien wettelijk vereist.

4. Productbeschrijvingen en Conditie

Wij doen ons best om producten correct weer te geven.

Kleine imperfecties of interpretatieverschillen vormen geen grond voor terugbetaling.

5. Beschadigde of Foutieve Artikelen

Contacteer ons binnen 48 uur na levering.

Voeg duidelijke foto’s en uitleg toe.

De beoordeling gebeurt volgens Belgisch consumentenrecht.
